There’s no manager at this location and everytime I tried using Zelle, it showed up as fraud, no one fixed it and it’s been 3 months. Opened an account at Pinnacle which is much better.

Staff have always been friendly to me and welcoming. I do a lot of business as well as personal with PNC. No complaints.
