“I’ve been a fifth third client for a bit. I popped into this branch a few days ago by chance. I am so impressed with this location. The decor is so inviting. I met Jaylah. She is so personable and is really interested in what customers have to say or what they’re doing. I happen to be a person who pivoted from business to go to medical school so I don’t do a lot with my bank accounts. Of course you never know what the future will bring as I produce certain medical products while in medical school. I just wish our fifth third in the town of Davidson was as nice as this location. They are by far the easiest bank to work with for business needs, and get things done while other banks are still asking for MORE paperwork! “I am giving BOA 5 start for this location service. (Due to COVID many banks have long delays and wait times so I am excluding that from this review. There is usually a 5-15 minute wait whenever I go.)Every person I have worked with is kind, friendly and helpful. The are always able to handle any request I go in there with. Additionally, if there is a way for me to do what I am doing in a simpler fashion they will l advise as well. I appreciate their help as they have shown some ways to mobile do things and save time. I would recommend to anyone and just advise there can be a bit of a wait at times. A note to corporate about this location is that they need to do better sound proofing. The shape of the ceiling allows for echoing and throwing of voices across the room. Specifically, the cubicle with no roof on the left hand side when you walk in. You can hear the conversations in that cubicle quite clearly in certain parts of the bank. The team in the bank has advised corporate but corporate has not taken actions to rectify. If I was discussing personal information in this bank I would insist on using one of the offices with a roof.”

“Amazing customer service … beautiful layout / design inside the bank. They have a lot of no or low fee accounts and services as well. You can tell the staff is more educated than most competitor banks from the second you walk in. They seem to care more … Chase is NOT a snooty or stuffy bank with arrogant snobs making middle or lower class people feel insecure with looks and snide tones of language. They seem to treat everyone the same which is refreshing. Thank you Chase for giving me many reasons not to question my choice in banking institutions from here on out and I can bury that concern. Please stay on it though … don’t meet your goals and then get sloppy or greedy with fees and service. I trust you won’t drop the ball.SincerelyMichael”

“The staff, especially Laura in business banking, are great! They are cashless, so it is a learning curve for some to adjust. Personally I think using the atm for cash/check deposits is easier and more efficient than filling out deposit slips with a teller. If I could give one recommendation it would be to install the outdoor atm in the drive thru that isn’t currently being utilized.”
“I recently opened a checking account and Home Equity Line of Credit at the Cornelius branch of Select Bank. I feel fortunate to have had Melissa Jones assigned to my account, as I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the HELOC application process and very prompt in communicating, whether by phone or computer. Melissa kept me informed as the approval process progressed, and knows me by name when I go into the branch, making me feel at home. Just another reason to favor a small local bank such as Select to the big banks.”
“I had a great experience with Fifth Third, I walked right in on a Saturday (Veterans day even!) and the banker there signed me up for a checking and savings account with no appointment. She was experienced, knowledgable and super personable. They have an acct with no minimum balances, no fees, and options for credit cards.”
“I have been with Regions for over 20 years. First started with them when we moved to Florida. Never a problem, always helpful and very welcoming. Kept my account when I moved to NC four years ago. Today, I stopped in the Cornelius branch. Again, extremely helpful and welcoming. I'll never change to any other bank!”

I left with so much more knowledge abt my finances as well as leaving with my first approved personal loan... my goal was to bring my credit score up by paying off some credit cards and paying some unexpected expenses before the holidays.. and since I got my loan in Dec..
