The young lady working was very sweet and helped me get my lock switched to the correct location and highlighted the map for me and explained how to get to my unit. She wonderfully added others who can access my unit and was very kind. One of the most wonderful experiences with storage and moving I have experienced!

Day of move out staff couldn't have been more caring and friendly. Helped with my stress as my hired movers did not show. This facility is the absolute best. This was my second time storing here. It was long term and my belongings were in excellent shape. Availability of courtesy carts is great.

Hard to rate a place, when it was closed and we used the drop key. But it was easy to find and drop off our truck.Suggestion to leave drop off instructions on the door, in addition to the app! We locked the truck and dropped the keys before we read on the app to take pictures. But no inconvenience.

Always accommodate truck rental needs. It is best to book online to guarantee a truck is available. They also have pic up, cargo van, and box trucks. They have hand truck blankets, boxes, and tape packing.Also, storage units. Employees are friendly and professional.Tip. If you book online. You can go pick your truck up after hours or return rental. Highly recommend ? ?

Not a great deal of competence at this place. They're very slow moving. Management must be terrible because there is more turnover than an apple dessert. I've hooked up more of my own trailers here than I ever should have. They can't seem to answer any questions- and if you don't have a storage unit, you'll wait 15 minute to get out of the place.

When a customer comes in tell them about the promotions and options upfront!!!! People in customer service should know how to communicate effectively. Don't just place a warm body in a position to fill a job. Not a good experience.

Called on very short notice. Julie did an amazing job and was very helpful. She accommodated my short notice and had me in a truck within 20 minutes. I wish they had more stars to give this company. We have used this location on multiple occasions and always very happy.
