The gentleman onsite assisted me with getting a truck right then. Then upon return, he assisted me with finding the right storage for my items. The entire process was painless and pleasant. I dealt with UHaul in VA, not sure why I chose a competitor but I learned my lesson. U-Haul is definitely the way to go.

There is a middle aged gentleman who works there and always helps me. He is super helpful sweet and kind. I have used a lot of places for storage but this one is perfect and so clean!

The young lady working was very sweet and helped me get my lock switched to the correct location and highlighted the map for me and explained how to get to my unit. She wonderfully added others who can access my unit and was very kind. One of the most wonderful experiences with storage and moving I have experienced!
