Cramerton Drug Co is great caring place with friendly staff and employees. The drugstore take the time to explain medicine and answer any questions. They are willing and always answer and treated people well. The owners are very friendly and have great advice. Cramerton Drug Co is the best place to go around for years. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I love all the staff! They are all so amazingly sweet and helpful! I have actively ensured i've never had to part with this pharmacy because they are quick, efficient, and genuinely kind and honest!

Even though it’s small, it is the staple in Cramerton. My older mom had a deep and bad cough and they had cough syrup OTC that helped her better than any prescription out there! Love this little drug store
