“I have used this family as my pharmacists my whole life! I even worked with them in high school! Its an honor to have watched it go to now a 3rd generation family business & they have always treated me like family! They go above & beyond to help you make sure you have whatever you need & you NEVER have an issue because they will help you & won't stop until you HAVE whatever you need! Not to mention the great assortment of items in the gift shop that you won't see anywhere else & are unique a hand picked by staff. The grill is a wonderful assortment of homemade food cooked daily & there's nothing on the menu that's not delicious. The only problem is deciding what to eat! This family Pharmacy is a testament to when people took pride in the customer being happy. I personally have sometimes mived to 30 minutes away but I would ALWAYS keep them as my pharmacy because there is no other pharmacy that treats you like them! I would recommend ANYONE who hasn't tried any of the wonderful things they offer to just try! You won't ever want to use another pharmacy again! They also carry hard to find items.”

“Chester working in the deli area deserves a promotion and a raise. He is one of the most genuine people in this industry. No matter the crowd size he treats you as you are the only customer in the room. This treatment is very rare these days. Everyone else is in rush-rush mode. I think they could learn a lesson from Chester. He also deserves credit for store promotions! Chester was excited for the new tik tok sandwich craze and even welcoming the high number of viewers bringing steady business to his store. Chester deserves great credit for his professional demeanor, calm and reassuring assistance, and mostly for showing that he cares. He is a proud employee and wears it proudly. As someone who is still relatively new to the United States, there are many things I am still learning, especially when it comes to healthcare and medications. Today, Anita took the time to educate me and explain things I didn’t know, and I am so grateful for her knowledge, patience, and kindness.
I am a mom to a child with autism who requires compounded medication. I accidentally ran out of his medicine because I thought I had to wait until the last day to request a refill. Your office was closed, but Anita still took it upon herself to help me. She stayed on the phone with me, reassured me that everything would be okay, and made sure I understood exactly what to do.
What touched me the most was how caring and compassionate she was. As an autism mom, hearing someone say, “Everything will be okay, and if you need anything, don’t hesitate to call,” brought me so much comfort and relief during a very stressful moment.
The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Anita and her team are something I will never forget. Customer service should be taught by your office! You are truly heaven sent, and I cannot thank you enough for everything you do.
