Be very cautious… though people don’t have a say on who delivers their mail, but their delivery drivers will file false claims and reports agains your animals. They clearly don’t get paid enough to have to resort so low.

I can't speak for all the staff here, but the workers I have met so far have been extremely kind and helpful. I drive out of my way to come to this post office because of their service. Bobby, if I remembered his name correctly, was super helpful when I went in to mail several postcards for my students and purchase stamps. This has not been my only experience, but I have never walked in and not been met with a kind smile and someone who is eager to help.

Something just isn’t right about some of the workers here they’ve stolen three packages that were supposed to be delivered to my house instead they told me someone with names and my address on IDENTIFICATION Card sounds bogus. If that was the case why was mail in my box why not just give all at one time ????????will be doing a full investigation on these matters.

How are they allowed to operate? Delivery drivers dont come to the door forsignatures, and when you go to make a complaint theres no supervisor working. Lazy incompetent post office please fire them and rebuild it better.

The current postmaster is Incompetent and unprofessional. Lies and makes excuses instead of even trying to fix problems. Those employed under him get away with not delivering, writing on mail and damaging mail. This shouldn’t happen in the usps, he should be investigated and fired.

Apparently if your mail person wrecks the area in front of your mailbox it’s your fault. They’ll stop delivering mail and not even tell you. Who ever is in charge didn’t care, even after the city was out and fixed the road he still refuses to have mail delivered. Mind you my neighbors mailbox is falling down and they still deliver his mail. This place is broken and backwards.

This was shoved in my mailbox and took me a while to get it out. This is a Christmas present to someone and the gift is very much bent. I know it’s the holidays and the mail services are going through a lot (bless them) but at this point you’re playing with my money.

Very friendly people at the counter but I am concerned that counter staff are not wearing masks and interact with a large number of the public across the counter. A small plexiglass is ineffective in protecting the workers and the community. It will be a great post office to return to after the COVID pandemic is over.

My experience with my local USPS delivery is that my package is usually very late I have to call and try to talk to someone to figure out what the issue is this has happened on 2 separate passions not only during the holidays.

The female mail delivery carrier called me “inconsiderate” because she put my mail in the wrong box and then had to deliver it. Later she swiped my hand away- after I courteously asked her if I could take my mail at the box. This can truly be considered assault, but she’s always rude...I guess small town means horrible customer service!!

USPS tracking says "package was delivered at or in our mailbox"? We live in an apartment with a locking mailbox. My daughter's package wasn't in it and I hope it wasn't left "at" whatever that means? Lady at Creedmoor post office seems to care less.
