“My husband and I bring packages to this location (dropped in the blue box) pretty much every day. Last week, we dropped one without a label by mistake. We assumed it might be discarded, but surprisingly, an individual took extra effort to ensure the package got back to us. This act was truly remarkable, and we're incredibly grateful for it. I don't remember seeing a name on the post it note but thank you so much for doing that.”
“Elva I believe was the employees name. She had great people skills and customer service. She was knowledgeable and very helpful to the senior citizen lady who was five people ahead in line. Sometimes older people don't get our much and just need conversation which Elva knew this and was so sweet and respectful of, these lil things I saw was very heart warming and reminded me how the world used to be 20 yrs ago. Idk where we lost little decencies, but somewhere and some time ago we have lost what our great country once had! I'm a combat veteran, and I love my country but in the last decade we have lost sight of so many important things that make us the U S of A!!!”

“Went here yesterday for my baby’s passport and it was the fastest passport appointment that I have ever had. Lorriane assisted us and was so fast and helpful. Even did an amazing job taking my baby’s photo. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. Amazing customer service from her.”
