“The people at the Mineral Bluff post office are absolutely wonderful. I've had a P.O. Box for 20 years and have never had a single problem. The staff is excellent and sine i see them 6 days a week, they are like family.”

With consumerism at an all time high and employment at a low I commend the Murphy Post office for always doing their best based on their abilities and options to help. “I meant to leave this review a long time ago after dealing with repeated package delivery issues, but I never got around to it. After more than 10 trips to the post office trying to get help, there was one employee at the front desk — unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he had a darker complexion — who was the only person that truly seemed to care and take the issue seriously.
He personally followed up and made sure my packages finally started getting delivered correctly when nobody else seemed willing to help. That level of customer service really stood out to me and I still remember it months later.
Since then, everything has been delivered perfectly with no issues. I really appreciate the effort he put in and wanted to make sure he finally got recognized for it.”
