It takes forever to get your mail nowadays. They also charged me shipping to take a package from one town over to their place.

This facilty is apparently understaffed as a long wait always occurs when picking up a package. Its nearly always crowded with frustrated customers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. But they are understaffed and the wait is atrocious. You wait in line to give them your pickup slip to then wait in another line for your packages. They won’t even drop my packages at my house as requested.
