“This review is a little late, but I have to thank the dedicated an incredible work by one of the employees named Josh. I had trouble getting my starter fixed. I had bought the wrong starter from a different store months ago and had trouble returning it because my phone number wasn’t on file. He made phone calls, lots of searching on the computer, and ended up putting me in contact with advanced auto corporate. Came back later with the receipt code and he got me the right starter and I could not be happier. Or not for Josh I would’ve been out $100 and a lot more frustrated.”

There is a reason that auto zone has been a go to place for vehicle needs for as long as I can remember. Yes places like Walmart might be cheaper but the quality of the parts and service far surpass the others!!!”

“I called Hoopers on a referal for apart I needed for my 87 Tbird. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shanita, who was very polite and helpful. I must have not expressed well.what I needed, and Shanika felt they had it and sent it to me directly. It turned out it was close to what I needed, but not it. I called Shanika after I discovered the error. Unfortunately they didn't, and she immediately issued a full refund. She is a real credit to Hoopers and I would be glad to deal with them again.
