“Great store, helpful employees and reasonable prices. Had a great experience recently with this store. I was driving from Charlotte to pick up fertilizer products and fescue grass seed as they have the best products in the market. I was running behind due to traffic on a Friday and scheduled to arrive right at the store closing. I called and the store reps prior to closing to let them know I was running behind and they waited for me to arrive a few mins past store closing to allow me to purchase my products for the aeration.

That gesture was top notch customer service and I will continue to come to this store for all my lawn care needs.”

“Didn't have 100% of what I was shopping for, but had 75%= Good Enough. :)They became a little impatient 40 mns before closing when I entered & as I was browsing & then shopping, asking me 4 Xs within 5 mns If they could help me find something; I finally had to tell them to stop. They then became very professional & the rest of my shopping experiences went VERY well. I will most likely revisit.”

“I stopped by here yesterday to pick up some salt water. I got there just as they were about to close, but the two young ladies working stayed and were both very helpful. I didn't want to keep them any longer than I had to so I only browsed there fish/coral selection for a minute or two. Everything looked clean and healthy so I'll definitely be going back.”

“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”

“Usually we have great experiences here. Most of the time they are very well stocked and the employees are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. If it is an extra busy day, you might have to wait a few minutes if you are inside the store for an employee to become available (if you need help with something, need to have your vehicle loaded up or if a case needs to be unlocked) but that's usually only if they are busy. They usually have a good selection of live chicks, baby ducks and the occasional baby turkey. There is a fairly wide variety of all pet foods (cats, dogs, birds, small animal etc). Lots of home decor, books on just about every subject, tools, hunting gear, locking cabinets, knives ... the prices are a little higher but you get the knowledge of the staff that you don't usually get at other stores so it is worth it. All in all, it's a pretty good store.”

“We adopted a young female cat from here. She had been born there. She was very healthy. They arranged to have her fixed and chipped. If I were wanting to adopted any form of animal this is where I would go back to. They do a wonderful job here. Staff is very helpful!”

“This grooming salon is wonderful! My Lola HATES her feet touched and has always been been difficult get her nails done. Elizabeth, the salon manager, is a miracle worker! After her groom Lola is calm and always happy on top of looking and smelling absolutely fantastic! Thank you Gtown Petco!”

“After I found this place, I will never ever spend 1 cent at Petco or Pet Smart, due to the fact that both stores tells you they treat all animals & reptiles, not true! Something happened 2 my bearded dragons leg & I called 2 see when there vet would be in, only 2 find out they don’t treat or examine bearded dragons, but they will sale them and there food! Not! So 5 stars for Pet Supplies Plus! Yes it’s a further drive for me, but when it comes to my pets which are 2 dachshunds & a bearded dragon,they are priceless 2 me! But they don’t consider bearded dragons as animals! & I was a breeder for years 4 my dachshunds & those 2 pet stores were the only place I would go to, until I adopted a bearded dragon and they wouldn’t even examine him, yet they sale them!”

“I'm giving this particular store a 5 star rating! I made an appointment for my Lola (yorkie) to get a face and paw trim and bath for 830. I went to the store and they open at 9, when speaking with the manager at 840 we figured out I made an appointment at a different location.Both the store manager and groomer made room for Lola to get in and taken care of. They went above and beyond for me and my Lola today! Thank you both for your courtesy and making arrangements for an unexpected visitor today!”

“Update: Gave The curbside pick up one more chance , and it was much better this time around! Less than 5 minutes

This is the second time that I've ordered something online for curbside pickup. And the second time no one showed up. What's the point in having curbside pickup if you're not going to actually bring it out?”
