71 E 1st St, Denton“Usually this place does real well with taking care of customers. This particular day. The lady didn't greet me or say thank you. It's past time. People just hang out around the door. This was never to happen in the past. You can be pumping gas out of nowhere someone's wanting money. Checking your cooler to see if you have an extra drink for them. Attention owner. Get better help and keep the transit people away or you will lose business in this little town.”
“It's always nice to go to a store where you feel comfortable at, where you can sit and talk for a bit. That's practically thing of the past most places now. Love this store, it's people, and the community it is in. I have for almost two-and-a half decades. Highly recommended.”

Although I have to drive about 20 minutes farther, I am happy to shop at Lowes Foods, a North Carolina chain. Yes, the prices can be a bit higher than discount type stores, but the quality of meats and produce are much better. I also take advantage of the app to use coupons and see the specials. Lowes Foods feels more like a neighborhood market than a big box store.”
“Really Injoy going to this little grocery store they're very reasonable on their meats nothing has changed since the last time I was there I come from Davidson county just to buy most of my meats from this little grocery store”
