“Bought a used 2023 Tesla Model S 4 months ago. Have been dealing with a mild vibration at about 72mph. Took it to
Tesla 3 times… the guys at Autohaus found that one of my new Michelin tires was the main cause of the vibration and that my suspension was all good….replaced the tire which was under warranty….My car now drives like butter. And to think I almost ditched that for a new Model Y. I live in Charleston, SC and these guys were my last resort. I’d give 10

“Very few people speak the native mazdaspeed language anymore. Michael & Chase are great, I couldn’t think of a time I had a better experience when dealing with mazdaspeed stuff at a shop then when I went to Race City to see them. The Direct injection Doctor, & the DISI surgeon are good peoples! I’ll be back soon whether it be for dyno tuning, larger scale mazdaspeed installs, or that built motor. Remember it ain’t “IF” it’s “WHEN” (?). I wish more people were into these cars, they are really fun.

“Took my 2011 camry in for brake service, got a quote for rotors/pads and brake flush. Paid what i was quoted and was reasonably priced. They also attached paperwork that went over any problem areas on the car for future fixes. Good experience and would reccomend this location”

“I've written about these guys on other platforms before and this is more of the same. What a great shop. I had an engine rip n replace, that due to my error, they had to do 2x in 2 weeks. All my fault but they got it done!
They took care of every detail and my truck engine bay is better looking than new.. didn't miss a wire or hook up.. all new hjostes and the whole 9 yards... better than factory I would say.
They took a stock engine and put in a 600hp Monster and did it all with the best quality work Ive seen in a long, long time.
For the money and the quality of work, you wont find a better custom shop that does the heavy lifting in terms of major engine transplants. Just love driving my truck again and it's all due to the crew there.”
“This was the smoothest and most pain free car service I’ve had in a long time. (I had a flat tire that needed a new tire due to low tread, and an oil change). The 3 women running the desk were on top of it and so polite and professional with me and all the other customers I heard them interacting with. They seemed to work well together and gave good instructions to the techs working on the cars that would come in. They were very clear in everything they explained and helped me figure out the best options too without just trying to convince me to spend money (as would often happen as a woman going to a car shop run by men). They could be running a bigger operation in my opinion. Definitely much better service than other Walmart auto shops I’ve been to in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. They all need a raise!”
