As we are new to camping, this was really appreciated. They not only identified the issues with our slide out but they had the patience and expertise to take it apart, analyze the issue, repair it and make modifications so that the slide out motor is supported by a rail system. I am so happy with how everything is working. Kevin is truly a nice and personable owner, too. He handled our case himself and worked with our warranty company. We only paid a small portion of the repairs ourselves. This was a complicated case and well handled.”

“I was looking for a shop that could bring an original bronco radiator back to life with an acid flush and disassembly, if necessary. I called a few places around Charlotte and decided to give this place a try - he seemed to really know his stuff gave a very reasonable estimate.All I can say is it was well worth the 45 minute drive from the far end of Charlotte. Rex is the real deal; he's been at it for 40 years and it shows. He does all types of radiators and coolers, everything from old motorcycles to classic cars to (very) heavy equipment.After the acid bath he found and repaired a leak and even resprayed with a fresh coat of paint. I wish I had taken some before pictures. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!”

“Carried my jeep (last minute) to Classic Pro to get a look over for a 6 hour trip I was making this past weekend. I knew I had a radiator leak and had a replacement coming, but not before my trip. I was looking for assurance that everything was going to be ok. They were pretty adamant that I should not make this trip with the leak I had. Seeing that I was not taking their "no, don't do it", these guys found a radiator after 4pm the day I was leaving, stayed late to get it installed, and then texted to see how my trip was going!!! “By far I received the best service I have ever gotten at any Walmart auto center here. I desperately needed new tires and I called in the morning to ensure that they had them and they told me that they would take me even though I could not come until very late, shortly before they closed. When I got there, they informed me that they were very short staffed. However, they still installed all four brand new tires less than one hour. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I drove almost 45 minutes. Out of my way to go to this Walmart instead of the one that is closer to my house, but I will still be coming back because of the incredible service I received here.”
