Tesla 3 times… the guys at Autohaus found that one of my new Michelin tires was the main cause of the vibration and that my suspension was all good….replaced the tire which was under warranty….My car now drives like butter. And to think I almost ditched that for a new Model Y. I live in Charleston, SC and these guys were my last resort. I’d give 10

“This was the smoothest and most pain free car service I’ve had in a long time. (I had a flat tire that needed a new tire due to low tread, and an oil change). The 3 women running the desk were on top of it and so polite and professional with me and all the other customers I heard them interacting with. They seemed to work well together and gave good instructions to the techs working on the cars that would come in. They were very clear in everything they explained and helped me figure out the best options too without just trying to convince me to spend money (as would often happen as a woman going to a car shop run by men). They could be running a bigger operation in my opinion. Definitely much better service than other Walmart auto shops I’ve been to in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. They all need a raise!”
