“So my truck was having difficulty starting, and Advace Auto was on the other side of the road. I went in and was greeted by the manager, so i explained my situation, and he offered to check my battery. My starting amps were low. He stated your battery will last a little longer but will need to be replaced. They had one in stock, and he gave me the military discount and then installed the new battery.. Overall process was less than 15 minutes.”

“I was looking for a shop that could bring an original bronco radiator back to life with an acid flush and disassembly, if necessary. I called a few places around Charlotte and decided to give this place a try - he seemed to really know his stuff gave a very reasonable estimate.All I can say is it was well worth the 45 minute drive from the far end of Charlotte. Rex is the real deal; he's been at it for 40 years and it shows. He does all types of radiators and coolers, everything from old motorcycles to classic cars to (very) heavy equipment.After the acid bath he found and repaired a leak and even resprayed with a fresh coat of paint. I wish I had taken some before pictures. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!”

“I bought complete suspension kit for my 1967 Chevelle. I tried to install rear sway bar it wouldn’t fit. I called and talked to TC very nice guy he said it probably was boxed wrong they sent me a new one no charge. That one didn’t fit either after we talked about it he had figured out that I had the control arm on backwards it was my mistake and he said don’t worry about it. “Ordered cams/valve springs a while back. Took longer than expected and to be ready for this season i would not have had time to have them installed. Emailed the owner, explained I was requesting a refund. He responded quickly, and while refunds are usually not accepted(these are custom made parts) he was able to sell my specific items to someone else which allowed for him to process a refund. (I got lucky, he worked with me).”

“By far I received the best service I have ever gotten at any Walmart auto center here. I desperately needed new tires and I called in the morning to ensure that they had them and they told me that they would take me even though I could not come until very late, shortly before they closed. When I got there, they informed me that they were very short staffed. However, they still installed all four brand new tires less than one hour. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I drove almost 45 minutes. Out of my way to go to this Walmart instead of the one that is closer to my house, but I will still be coming back because of the incredible service I received here.”
