By far one of the worst pharmacys in Denver. I would highly recommend using Walgreens or Publix. Staff has lied to me theee times now saying something is in stock than having my Dr call it in with in 5 minutes and then them not being able to fill it due to not having it at all. Have pulled all my prescriptions from CVS and will never be using them again

I came in to do a late-night Instacart delivery and was interested in self-check out. There was an associate at the front named Sonia that I asked if self-check out was allowed with Instacart. She asked me if I was paying cash or card and I said card, it’s Instacart. She asked again maybe not hearing me the first time and I said it’s Instacart, therefore I could only use a card. She replied, “Well, sometimes people pay cash for that in an irritable tone.” I wasn't aware of that being an option. I was walking over to her as we were talking; taking this interaction as a “no” to my initial question. As she was checking me out she was slamming the items while scanning. After check out, I told her to have a good night, and she proceeded to ignore me. Absolutely unprofessional, and I believe her irritation was misplaced. I understand having a bad or long day while wanting to go home but at the end of the day the position is CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This pharmacy is always a long wait, always a mess, frequently long waits. Today was the tipping straw as their mixer went down, they failed to notify those who needed mixed prescriptions and now I have to fill a second prescription out of pocket.

Awesome staff and really down to earth!!! Good location and convenient. Pharmacy staff was sooo great and I appreciated the welcome I received from everyone.

Completely Worthless location, makes up “rules” about selling medicine and they weren’t even correct! A simple google search will show you the actual rules not some made up bs because they are horrible and don’t know how to do their job. Time for CVS to shut this location down for good. They might all be better fit for the abc store next door

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been too. The staff seem over worked and there is never enough help. Find someone good who works there? Won't matter because they won't be back ever again. It seems like there is either constant turnover or temporary labor here. They never answer their phone or return messages and don't ever expect them to follow up on anything. Half the time when I need to refill a prescription I have to drive up there because I can't create an online account for my minor child and their phone system is the most frustratingly annoying system in the world. If my insurance didn't require me to go to CVS I would have moved my prescriptions a long time ago.

Can't believe I am taking time to write a negative review about a pharmacy, but the staff here is awful. I never write bad reviews. My experience was so unbelievable that I feel obligated. I'll spare details, but I was mislead, lied to & disrespected. I wouldn't entrust this staff with a lemonade stand.

I need a prescription that is consistently out everywhere. The pharmacy was so helpful with finding and providing me the medication. They were so responsible and helpful when they were so busy. I really appreciate their assistance. Moving everything to this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was amazing. She was great.

They charged me full price on my prescription when my insurance was clearly on file. I called to address this. They took FOREVER to answer the phone and they wouldn’t fix the problem over the phone either. I had to waste more of my time and come back in to fix their error.
