“After placing an online order for a friends birthday, we were originally supposed to receive our item from a different store. I was called and informed a forklift damaged the item and my order was cancelled. After frantically trying to find another replacement, Angie the store manager for this location was generous enough to not only match the original price but deliver the item for free, 2 major workarounds that she didn’t have to!
