“These guys were awesome! Very polite and made sure we knew what was going on through every step of the process. Windows were torn out and placed back in within an hour or so (they were trying to beat the rain that was forecasted) they attached them then moved inside to seal them up. Got the exterior trimmed out and shutters installed and finished up just before it began to rain. Beautiful windows with great clarity! Very pleased with the service, thanks Mr. William and the other gentleman of whom I can't remember his name, you guys really pulled the project together!”
“I went in on a Sunday afternoon with my kids (4 and 6) to get a sample of paint to repair something they did… Barry at the paint counter was so nice and showed them how the machine put just a little of 3 dyes I to the white base, the machine shook it all up, and then what it looked like when it was ready. The kids were in awe and we had fun. The staff at self-checkout was equally nice and attentive helping us apply the military discount. The saying is true for us that you’re not really doing a project unless you go to Lowe’s twice… 🤣 That’s on us for planning and there are always helpful folks to point us to the right aisle or answer questions.”

Billy, the Manger personally stepped in and was professional, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented! Without him, we would have left our $1600 purchased at the store. “Best decision ever to pay the install fee. I installed our own floors and have done a lot of house work myself. However, I knew our old dishwasher had some sketchy DIY electrical work that was still hard wired into our home. Lowes sent Ben to uninstall, hall away, and replace our old dishwasher with a brand new one for the low flat service fee. We even gave them a heads up that we knew it would be a mess and Ben handled it with such safety and care! He was respectful, considerate when talking through options for removal (involved safety calls from the previous house owners unsafe set up), and spent the whole morning fixing a HUGE undertaking with speed and precision. He went above and beyond. We are so thankful for him, his work, and our safe dishwasher!”
“Dareen was so awesome and helpful when we went to customer service, I had to write a review! I was expecting a hassle but the process was incredibly easy.
She was warm, friendly and has awesome customer service skills. She even gave me a QR code, so I could enter a sweepstakes. But, I didn’t get a receipt last night and the one from my return expired.
Excellent customer service experiences are so rare, I wanted to make sure I went above and beyond, just like she did! If a manager sees this review please make sure she gets the credit she deserves!

This employee came and asked could she be of assistance I said yes please. She took me to the isle I was needing to be on and showed me the product.
