“I had such a great experience yesterday at Lowe’s thanks to two amazing employees (Michael and Zach at the garden center) who truly went above and beyond to help me around the store. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience so much easier and less stressful. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, but these two absolutely did. They took the time to answer questions, help me find everything I needed, and did it all with such a positive attitude. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Michael and Zach absolutely deserve recognition for their professionalism.
