“We’ve shopped here for many years. We decided to purchase a zero turn lawnmower and after only a few uses kept having many problems to the point where it wouldn’t drive. The manufacturer offered little to no help, even under warranty. They very graciously helped us out and we took home a new lawnmower same day the issue was addressed. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and helpfulness.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Lowe’s in Denver, NC today. Jared, the manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made my return quick and hassle free. He was understanding, courteous, and made the entire process easy. Teresa at the returns desk was also wonderful, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Thank you both for providing outstanding customer service. Lowe’s is lucky to have employees like you!”
