There has to be a better way to communicate for customers. no phone calls and tried to text you your site says text 24/7 no good. emailed 2x no good???

Customer service by Ami was outstanding. They accepted a return of steering box on 11/20/15 that was purchased on 6/24/15 rather than sending me to the manufacture. The fact that they accepted the return saved me a lot of hassle locating and dealing with the manufacture. Great customer service. I would buy from them again.

Have to say i was impressed by this company. Bought a set of 4 shocks/struts via Amazon, after ordering I realized I had selected wrong shipping address. I quickly notified them via email, they responded and ensuring me it would be taken care of. Well parts arrived I installed and I am happy with my products.
