“When I was on my way to a funeral, my battery died. I was in a panic, and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Dobson, NC. The staff was so kind and understanding and made sure I could get back on the road. They put in a new battery quickly and got me on my way. In this day and age, the quality of customer service has certainly declined...but NOT at O'Reilly's! If you want quality service and quality parts, Dobson O'Reilly's is the best!”

“Best place to get parts in this town. Staff here is much better than any other part store in Elkin NC. These folks are not your typical counter sales people they actually have knowledge of the parts the sale and can actually do more than push buttons on a computer. Store manager is very well versed on parts and how to get them unlike advance or auto zone. Staff supports one another with extreme professionalism. If I need parts in this town I always go here first for these reasons. This is possibly the best ran O'Reilly in area (multiple counties around).”
“This review is two and half years late, but is much deserved. These guys saved my family vacation. After limping on a run-flat a little too far, we came to a stop in front of Walter's. It was late in the day on a Friday. They fixed the tire and had us back on the road in about an hour. Given my limited options, the price was reasonable too! Thanks again!”
