“I love this local pharmacy, they greet me by name, are always friendly and have the prescription medications that my doctor prescribes every time. They are quick and even offer delivery. Compared to chain pharmacies, the experience offered at Gates is far superior, for Instance, no or short lines and down home hospitality. Would highly recommend.....”
“I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a great review, when they've been taking care of me and my son for a few years, now! Tim and his staff are absolutely *excellent* and I have yet to experience anything close to this level of service. Not only are they quick about filling prescriptions, but if you have special needs/requests, they are extremely accommodating. The staff knows me by my voice on the phone at this point, and it makes an incredible difference when you're feeling badly to have that level of kindness when you're getting your medication. Tim has also been extremely helpful and informative about any and every single thing I've ever asked him. He takes the time to listen and really thinks about the best advice he can provide. I've been incredibly thankful for them for a very long time now! If I have a choice in the matter, I'll never be going back to filling prescriptions at a Walgreens, etc!”

“I have been trading at Wally’s since 1996 and have never had a bad experience at that store ! Everyone has always been very friendly and most times my prescriptions are ready when I get there seldom ever have I waited more than 5 minutes! They watch your scripts closely to make sure there isn’t other drug interactions, which recently happened with mine . If I had continued taking the medication as prescribed it would have killed my liver but they caught it and called and spoke to me about it ! I appreciate things like that ! They care about their customers! Thank you Wally’s !”

“The young girl working the checkout counter, Caitlin was by far the most pleasant retail service employee I have encountered in a long time. As I was picking out a Father's Day card I could overhear her interaction with every customer, from complementing and older gentleman's eyeglasses, and older lady's hairdo to asking a young girl if she had helped her mom pick out the card for her dad. She was so kind and genuine, she sets a great example for the young people of today.”

“On a recent trip to Elkin, I realized I had forgotten my blood pressure medication at home in Atlanta. The prescription was with a completely different drug store that’s not available anywhere in the area, so I thought we might have to abort our vacation and head home early. I went into this CVS and spoke with the pharmacist, who couldn’t have been more helpful! He went above and beyond to work it out with my Atlanta drugstore and ended up giving me enough of my medication to last the remainder of our trip. I’m so appreciative of such wonderful customer service!”

“My experience at this location has always been positive. The pharmacists are extremely competent and helpful. I was having some health concerns this week and stopped by and asked the pharmacist if he could take my blood pressure. He was very helpful and assisted me quickly. He suggested I might want to go to the Urgent Care facility close by, which I did. When I came back later to pick up a Rx he greeted me and asked how it went. The staff at this location is equally kind, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy based on my personal experience over the past 3 years.”
