Go into the store, to delete a number on my account which cause insurance refuse to pay for the phone for that number, ended up talking to the woman running the place refuses to give me her name, manager Angela told me last week I had a credit on my account far from the insurance not doing what they doing an now it magically disappears….Employess in this location have always been non-customer friendly far as I been coming in here. Also threatens to call the law cause you know what you were told a who told it a worked with you on it but yet the customers in the wrong.

They don't answer the phone and they are not open when they are supposed to be open. What is with these people it's like T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile are 2 different companies, because customer service can never help, and they want you to go to the store, and to think about it they said go to the store not even call it, they know they don't answer

The best customer service I have ever had. Changed from Boost Moble that was very expensive to a affordable plan with Metro by T Moble. Everyone should check them out to compare price plans. You will be amazed.
