“Just wanted to recommend this store to everyone. Jessica assisted me and she has great customer service skills. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She made sure that we took care of everything and that I had a good experience. Thank you so much! 😁”
“Wonderful customer service! Very friendly, helpful and the price was fantastic. Quick service, too! He had us in and out in about 30 min tops.
I called another local repair store originally and they charged additional fees for drying out phones ($75) as mine was fully submerged. This gentleman tested everything for FREE to figure out the problem first and did not charge additional fees for drying anything.
Will be using them again for any future needs. Cannot recommend them enough. He was a life save for us today!”
“Ronnie was working by his self. He was very professional and was helping everyone and was very patient overall he was awesome. Need more customer service people like him.!!!!”
“We had a great experience at the Cricket store in Dunn! The employee who helped us around 6:15 pm. was fast, efficient, and super professional. My dad urgently needed a new phone to stay in touch with his clients for his home repair, construction business, and she got us set up right away with no hassle. Great service all around — definitely recommend this location!”
“I had a wonderful experience with Kathy. She helped me so much and was very very pleasant. Definitely need to check her out. The store was so clean and smelt very very good”

“I brought my phone into this business not really knowing what was wrong with it. It turns out the screen was cracked even though I couldn’t see it. The service was excellent. They were so nice. They took my phone and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Steven and his family do the best job! If your phone is on the blink, you should definitely go see them.”
