“I originally came in just to get my truck inspected after moving to the county, and the service was excellent from the start. They took the time to clearly explain how inspections work here, which really helped since I’m new to the area.
As they finished up, I mentioned noticing a leak in my truck. They immediately checked it out, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through the options. The pricing they gave me was very reasonable, clear, and honestly made sense for the work that needed to be done — no hidden fees or confusing explanations.
When I explained that I couldn’t take care of it right away due to just buying a house with my wife and waiting on my next paycheck — and that I’m active-duty military — they didn’t pressure me or dismiss the situation. Instead, they genuinely understood and offered a solution that honestly surprised me.
They offered to fix the issue and set up a payment arrangement so I wouldn’t be stuck without a working truck. As someone in the military, I don’t look for handouts, and I’m usually the type to just tough it out and wait. But they understood the realities of my situation and treated me with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
I truly appreciate how they handled everything. The fair pricing, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Because of that, I’ll definitely continue bringing my truck here for future service. Highly recommended.”

“Not sure about the other bad reviews, but I've only ever had a great experience with Jake, Sammy, and crew. Jake runs a tight shop and doesn't put up with any B.S. Jake's fixed an electrical issue of mine that 2 other shops couldn't. Fast, good pricing and good customer service. Can't really say anything bad about these guys. Wish we had more shops that take care of O/Os like they do.”

“I went in for a 3 axle alignment on my 2025 Kenworth T-680. Because of a design flaw in the front bumper, it looked like the alignment couldn’t be done. After a few minutes of studying it, the tech figured out a way. The whole process took about 45 minutes.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.”
