Went to get a bag of dog food. When I got to the register I noticed a large cut in the bag had been taped with packing tape. I had to go back and switch it out because for the same price I want a full fresh bag.

Three employees stayed late at the Dunn, NC store to allow me to get a trailer wheel for my boat trailer the was broken down on I95. I wish I had gotten their names. This was the evening of 8/1/2026. Customer service at it's absolute best. Thank you so much! I was able to get home safely.
