“Lisa with cosmetics has the best customer service skills. I had preordered a makeup with a different employee and was told the makeup would be ready for pickup around June 5th. I called on the 9th and was told by an employee that my information was never received correctly on the day I came in to preorder, however she assured me my makeup and gift would be ready for pickup this week. I went to pick up my make-up and gift Saturday and was told that I could not get it until the 17th. I became very frustrated about this because I made a special trip to this Belk to get my makeup and gift. Lisa stayed calm, never raised her voice, and was very apologetic about the situation and the trouble Belk’s had caused. She handled the situation perfectly. (Thank you Lisa for being patient with me. You did not cause this issue.) Lisa deserves a raise! She was left with a mess to fix that was caused by other employees laziness and lack of work ethic. Please Belk’s recognize Lisa in some way because she deserves it!”
