Not helpful at all. Very rude and would not listen to me. Never recieve the correct mail or mail is always lost. Packages being marked as undeliverable while we are watching them deliever to the mailbox.

not the best customer service , the guys at the counter do the very minimum , I had to tell them i was not leaving until i had my package or tell me where it is . They obviously have no clue how their own scanning/ tracking system works. after the first guy told me to come back tomorrow, the 2nd guy went and “found it “ .

Hupbert was amazing here! I don't know why this location has such terrible reviews.Perhaps some terrible employee from the past.But I know Hupbert was phenomenal,knowledgeable,friendly and easy to talk to. If he is any indication of the new class of employees here I suspect the ratings will go up exponentially and soon. Thanks again Hupbert.

Ineptitude runs rampant at this "Post Office". The "staff" employed there reflects why. Overpaid and unqualified. Hired to meet "diversity" requirements instead of their qualifications. Marked a box of Ensure being delivered to my elderly mother as "undeliverable" after having been successfully delivered over 50 times. Laziness epitomized. The United States Postal Service seems to be degrading inline with the country.

We have lived here for 5 years. We have constantly been passed when our flag is up. We get mail for other homes, yet often ours is delivered to the school, apartment building s, or returned to sender. Several envelopes have arrived open. I find it upsetting that we cannotdepend on our mail carrier s.

I constantly have packages that say delivered but I have yet to receive them and getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth!

I get a picture of the check from the Treasury Dept in my Daily Mail to be delivered and it was not in my mailbox when I got home. I had a package and other mail, but no check. I checked my security camera tape and no one went to mailbox except my Mail Carrier. This happened before and TSP had to put a stop payment on it and send it certified mail.

TERRIBLE! My packages are always scanned delivered if they are oversized and I have to go find them at the post office! I'm never left a slip telling me to do so. I had a small package that was "delivered" today and yet it is no where to be found. Ridiculous service!

Not only do they continue to deliver our packages to the wrong houses leading to them being stolen, this morning whoever delivered our mail left the canister of live insects that I ordered in our mailbox. I'm lucky I got to them before the heat killed them. Staff has always been rude, unhelpful, and have made things more difficult for my disabled mother. I don't know what their problem is, but they're seriously inept at their jobs.

Wouldn’t give them any stars. Route carriers that have been the same route carriers for years acting like they don’t know where my house is for delivering packages yet they pull up to my mail box on the daily. This is one of many issues I have had over the past year alone. If you go talk to the post master general or anyone up at the post office itself you might as well talk to a wall. They don’t care and customer service is a complete joke!! At this point I am ready to contact whomever is in charge of the complete mail system in North Carolina.
