“Yes, the space is very full and the owner does stay nearby while you browse, which some people may find uncomfortable. For me, it felt less like anything negative and more like someone who has spent a lifetime building and caring for a collection that clearly means a lot to him. There’s a sense that this isn’t just a business, but something very personal. He was polite during my visit, and you can tell there’s genuine knowledge and attachment behind the items in the store. This isn’t a modern or curated shop—it’s more like stepping into someone’s life’s work. If you go in with that understanding, it’s a truly unique experience.

“Beautifully restored an antique rocking chair. It was in rough shape before we brought it in with a broken seat, cracked back and pieces falling off/breaking. We got it back looking like new”
