“Forehand fixed a broken Windsor chair and refinished a cherry table for us. You can't tell where the chair is fixed and the table (my mother's as a child, probably at least 90 years old) is gorgeous. Cost was quite reasonable.”

“Mr Peters and Vinnie his dedicated assistant took great care of us when we needed custom shelves for our wine bar. They were quick to deliver, have thoughtful guidance coming from a wealth of experience. We wanted to support local business and they were very happy to help us design and ensure we were building proper support for our wine bottles and glassware :) Highly recommended this team!”

“Jay was incredibly generous and helped us on delivery. He has a fantastic inventory, and my parents have been thrilled with several pieces they have purchased. Thanks so much, Jay!”

“Yes, the space is very full and the owner does stay nearby while you browse, which some people may find uncomfortable. For me, it felt less like anything negative and more like someone who has spent a lifetime building and caring for a collection that clearly means a lot to him. There’s a sense that this isn’t just a business, but something very personal. He was polite during my visit, and you can tell there’s genuine knowledge and attachment behind the items in the store. This isn’t a modern or curated shop—it’s more like stepping into someone’s life’s work. If you go in with that understanding, it’s a truly unique experience. Leave him alone and be nice. He is NOT creepy.”
