My experience with a technical support person at the AT&T store in Durham, NC was outstanding. The rep - Symeon - was friendly, personable, and very technically capable. He was able to solve a very complex problem that I had created by not properly understanding the instructions. I would give him, and his store manager, a rating of 10 if I could.

I came in with my mother to lower our bill. Was concerned as we had felt alot of pressure from the store to spend in the past. Consultant Symeon was a pleasure to work with and was happy to take us through the process. Walked away with a bill $100 less and he took us through what each charge was. We highly recommend working with Symeon and will be making sure he's here next time we upgrade!Very helpful and attentive, was very knowledgeable

Jose Moreno,Was beyond professional and his superior knowledge of technology, was beyond impeccable. I had the most unpleasant three hour experience at the Brier Creek store. However, coming to this location, made it all worth the while- I am beyond grateful for both Simien & Jose.

Was putting off a visit to AT&T for a while because of bad experiences at other locations, but I had a very positive experience at this one. Johnathan was great—kind, patient, and efficient. Was in and out in 15 min.

Luis was a 5 out of 5 on service as I transferred my service from another provider. Recommend the store, the service ( soooo much better for my rural location than my last provider), and Luis who was awesome!

I have never went through losing my phone and not being able to recover it. AT&T Alan Reyes was the employee that provided such a calming care as I cried so much with the guilt and shame of losing my phone. I'm grateful for all the wisdom and knowledge he had. He helped me to have a working phone again. Praising God for this store in Durham!

Symeon was very professional. Very patient as my old phone was problematic in switching information to new phone. He was very knowledgeable. He really knew how to dig for ways to get the information from the old phone. This type of customer service is very rare these days. I appreciated his time patience professionalism and excellent skills. He needs to be acknowledged by ATT for outstanding customer service.

Shamaya and her teammates were the best. Even a few of her teammates stopped by to check up on me while my phone was updating. The whole team was perfect!
