I needed new windshield wipers. Andrew helped me select the ones I needed and installed them on my car, along with new wiper fluid. He even shared advice on how to extend the life of the wipers. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I would give it zero if I could I was in here yesterday to get some coolant and I asked the manager a Spanish woman if the coolant was oat and the bigger Spanish guy with vitiligo I was told “I don’t know it says all vehicles” she said it doesn’t matter I proceeded to tell her it does matter if you mix oat with Hoat or IAT I was ignored and she rang me up I said I don’t want this because I don’t know if it is oat or hoat and she got angry and dismissed me saying have a good day and turned away she should not be a manager if that is her customer skills she should be educated if she’s going to work in a auto parts store.

Elmer was so helpful in helping me select the appropriate battery for my vehicle and then expertly installed it even cleaning the corrosion from my cables. I would definitely recommend using this store and commend Elmer on his outstanding customer service.

I went to AutoZone today and had one of the best experiences ever! The manager, Yolanda, was incredibly helpful. Not only did she assist me, but she also taught me how to change my own light bulb, which I think is amazing. She was so patient and kind throughout the process, and when I tried to tip her to show my appreciation, she wouldn’t even accept it! I really appreciated her help and wanted to share how great she was.
