Worst branch ever seen , every time you go for business banking as its closed to my location but they do not have enough people in brach to take care if customer even 2 people in line take up to 30 min . Where as my personal banking with wells fargo and they will have all cash counter open through out day . I would suggest not to open business or personal account for this bank if you close to this branch . Not sure how other branches operate but this one I personally consider as worst one .

Please provide more training for check cashing process & where to find agreements instead of saying what you can't do because it's something you've never seen.

No customer service and could care less about customer loyalty. The uninformed Banker was incapable of answering basic questions. He simply went to the website to try and get answers. Where are the reps that are in the commercials? ?

Registered and funded an account online since there isn't a branch in my state. Truist closed the account two days later. Contacted customer service to find out why and was told I needed to visit a branch to provide identification. I again explained I'm no where near a branch and asked if there was an alternate method to verify ID. To send via email, document upload, etc.The representative stated no, the only way to verify identification is at a branch.When I asked about my funds in the account, she said she didn't see any money. I corrected her immediately and told her "SunTrust" debited the funds because it's on my bank statement. Trust purchased SunTrust and clearly hasn't updated the name but the money left my account. Navy Federal also confirmed Truist withdrew the funds. Trust continued to say they didn't receive any funds and they couldn't reopen the accounts. So I filed a fraud dispute with Navy Federal against Truist.

no time sense at all. gave appointment at 3pm, went there at 2:54 pm but banker didn't show up until 3:36pm. no respect for others time. had to cancel and go home. sorry. this branch needs to learn to respect clients time.

Do all that you can to avoid using this bank for a mortgage. Truist became my mortgage provider after they merged with BB&T. I have always paid my mortgage on time including my escrow account. I was surprised when I received a notice that they were acquiring insurance for my property because I had failed to provide proof of insurance.I called my insurance company and was informed that my premium had not been paid and that my policy would be cancelled if payment wasn't received. I called Truist and while I was in the phone with their agent he call my insurance company. At the end of that call the Truist agent assured me that my policy would not lapse. A few days later I received a cancellation letter and a refund for the policy because the check from Truist had arrived late. My insurance carrier said that they told Truist that the check should be sent overnight to ensure coverage would continue, but Truist decided to send it by mail. When I tried to get a new policy I was told that I was now high risk and my premium would increase by more than 40 percent. Then to add insult to injury Truist said I would be billed for the insurance they purchased from the time my policy lapsed until the new policy started. When I complained the agent said it wouldn't cost much probably $100 or less. Then another slap in the face they send me $25 gift card after saying that $100 wasn't very much money. So I'm left paying higher premiums plus the insurance they purchased, all because they didn't pay my premium even though they had my money to pay it.

This bank has been a total failure for me. I was a long time customer with CCB to Wachovia to Suntrust now Truist which should give you an idea of how long I'll been a customer. Since the acquisition by BB&T/Truist, there customer service and follow up is the worst I've experienced in my life. I have been waiting for a return call from the branch manager for over a week now. I've waited on hold over 4times,on hold for 30mins to an hour for the fraud department. I am to upset to go any further.

As a younger millennial, going into a bank versus using the app freaks me out a bit and I have been putting off doing so especially due to all the one star reviews I'm seeing here. So I just wanted to provide reassurance that my experience was indeed quick, professional, welcoming, and entirely painless. I've also walked up and used their ATM before to deposit cash and did have to cancel it once and try again to get it to count my 20 dollar bills accurately but that's just technology having slight errors and wasn't a big inconvenience. The ATM is absolutely garbage. It won't let you deposit money. I wasted 30 minutes. Going driving thru bc it wouldn't take my money. I didn't want people to wait for me. They need to fix this ATM. Ridiculous. I'm leaving Truist as of Monday. I'm done with all this mess.
