My husband and I have been going to this branch for two years now. It is always a quick and friendly visit. We always enjoy going to see them as they know us by name! Seeing all these 1 star reviews, just wanted to hop on here and say it's the best branch we've been to!

Only have drive thru ATMs and can't deposit cash. What a useless bank

If at all possible I now avoid this branch. There seems to be a staffing problem. Wait times are excruciating. The tellers often seem disinclined to help one another. Whenever possible I go to the Chapel Hill branch on Franklin Street or Miami Boulevard in research Triangle Park.
