They literally never answer the phone. Drivers are pretty good though.

They call set up appointment for delivery dont show lost day of work. Then try calling them cant get a hold of anyone. Now waiting 4 days later 11a-1pm suppose to deliver 2pm no call NO DELIVERY. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!

They don't even deserve one star. This is the second shipment of mine that has been delayed in a months time frame. The first one got left at a facility and created delays. The second pallet is currently lost and they are trying to find it. Will be going with a different carrier next shipment.
