“I recently won a large and very fragile antique porcelain piece from Leland Little Auctions. After looking at the reviews and the great communication from NC Packaging Express, I chose them to pack and ship my item to me here in Japan.
I've been buying these kinds of antiques for quite some time and always do my due diligence and couldn't be more pleased and satsified with the way they packed and carefully crated the piece. It arrived here safe and sound and am extremely happy and grateful for the skill and care they used to safely pack my piece.
Should I purchase anything again from the auctions in their area, I will definitely patronize them again. I send lots of praises and kudos to September and the team there for doing an OUTSTANDING job for my treasured piece.

“Every single time I get excellent service. They don't rush me to find my QR code and explain my shipping options clearly. They have notary service too. Last week the person attending to me (forgot to ask his name) heard me saying that one of my packages needed to be mailed via USPS not UPS. He offered to take my USPS package as well!”
“The North Durham store is always orderly and well-stocked with office and home office essentials, which are easy to find because of the well-marked aisles. I've never had a problem with the prices. Even if some things are a bit cheaper at Walmart, who needs the hassle, disorganization and long checkout lines? The services at Staples, such as printing, binding, banners, and the return service of major online retailers are very convenient, and available nowhere else in my area. The tech dept has a friendly, patient and knowledgeable associate. I like the rewards program and I love my North Durham Staples. The store is very valuable in this part of Durham.”

“The drivers are all friendly as far as that goes but this company has some management issues somewhere. Everyday we should get a bag and have a bag sent. Second time this week, no bag comes in. So the next day we have no way to send our mail out. I can only imagine our company will be discontinuing service with them if this keeps happening.I read many other reviews about them not paying drivers well. That is usually a good sign of the quality of work you get back out of people. I'm sure they were much cheaper than UPS but the inconvenience of not having the proper service sometimes far out weighs the cost.2021 edit :Decided to make this edit after some time. We now rarely have issues with their service. Drivers are a very friendly. Seems the early problems were just in the fact it was a new service for our company. I have moved the stars up as I believe giving people a chance to fix their problems.”

“I make my rounds at the print centers around here and this location is my new favorite. Jariin is always incredibly helpful and polite. (Even when I pop in 5 min before close.) The ladies I’ve encountered here, too, are so nice. I try not to write negative reviews, but there are other locations in the area that are NOT fun to visit - that’s what makes this location even more special. Hopefully corporate office rewards positive reviews… this group definitely deserves it!”
