Woefully understaffed. Got there an hour before the branch closed to open a new account. Guy behind the counter is like “Sorry, we don’t have anybody to do that. You can schedule an appointment on Monday.”
Chase, I have a job. That’s why I have money to open an account!

Clean and brand new facility. Staff was friendly and the atm can be accessed in the foyer area during after hours with key access.

3/04/2024Female employee at the front desk very eager to cut me off each time I tried explaining that there is, and has been, something wrong with the ATM in the building for a long time.All she could repeatedly say is that the ATM doesn't belong to the bank. But that's a lazy response, with zero initiative, to an issue with the equipment on your site. Instead of just saying it's not yours and wiping your hands clean, while ignoring that there's still an issue even if I leave, how about simply reporting the issue? At that point I would have even been happy with a "I will let someone know, now go kick rocks", and I wouldn't be here now.The ongoing issue is that although the ATM is not specifically OWNED by Chase, it's still a Chase branded ATM, inside a Chase bank, and it is not working correctly. If the ATM stops working tomorrow will you keep a dead ATM attached to the building? Is this to say there's no communication between the vendor and the bank when something goes wrong with the equipment? If no one mentions anything, how will anyone ever know when there's something wrong and to service it? There's something wrong with the ATM, I did my part by mentioning it, and I am being lead to believe that's just how it is now.This completely lacks the professionalism that needs to be demonstrated when I'm trusting the equipment you put on the site to perform very sensitive tasks, and completely lacks any demonstration that there was an understanding of what the issue is.As a constructive criticism, if a certain set of machines gets special treatment over another set, it would be fair to have them clearly marked so as to avoid using a machine more likely to cause issues.

Extremely helpful staff. I managed to get approved for 2 business credit cards in a span of 4 months. They told me exactly what I should do to increase my chances and the manager is definitely on top of Chase's product lineup.

Went on a weekday afternoon and was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Teller and banker were both very friendly and helpful. New favorite branch.

Walked into day because I reset my pin online on accident and I have forgot the pin wouldn’t let me do it online because my account was fairly new the teller then asked for my id which I clearly had a copy of he said no sorry because the name has too match mind you he never allowed me to pull up my id clearly my first middle and last name matched even down to the picture he then acted as if he didn’t want to be of any assistance

Had nothing but great experiences here. Since I switched my direct deposit here and used the app features I have been able to take baby steps towards being more financially stable. Staff is nice and the location is convenient.

This is my second incidents in this location. First time almost my $15k deposit was disappeared for 10 days till I stopped by and the issue finally resolved. The second time happened today that nobody there could help me to open an account for my business

Went to deposit cash ( mixed bills totaling about $7000).Teller asked me if I know how much I am depositing, l replied “I have no idea”. Then he tried to count the money using the machine but he said he can’t because bills were in the rubber band. Then he asked me to go sit on the lounge area because he will count the money manually which will take sometime. ( any experience bank teller should be able to count that much money in 2 min ). I thought it’s weird asking a deposit customer to sit somewhere else so that the teller can count money, specifically when the teller knows that the customer doesn’t know how much money he has. Anyway I left saying I will come back later. Overall I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help a customer by a major bank. ( 12/27/22 -11am )I also wanted to know why it’s saying this branch is temporarily closed but actually it’s open?
