Not sure what’s going on here but prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Forget about talking with anybody live by phone— Not possible. Typical for CVS these days.

Yhe customer service sulks. Used self checkout and waited 15mins for someone to help and the cashier was standing at the register raking other customers. Finally after 15 wins someome came and helped only because another customer asked smh. Never again will I shop at this store...EVER!

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions there is always an issue. Out of what's needed or something not filled and I have to come back. I don't live in the durham and this is the closest location to me. I'm always inconvenienced and will be no longer be using this pharmacy!
