The pharmacy staff is kind, patient, and goes the extra mile to help, proactively managing difficult prescriptions. Booking vaccinations online is easy, with check-in via text. There is plenty of staff in the pharmacy, resulting in short waits, and the personnel are pleasant and professional. However, calling the pharmacy can be difficult, with long hold times and dropped calls, leading to feedback that the store should have more staff during the evening shift. Inside the store, the service is much better.
Came in yesterday, was waiting in line. The young lady upfront.. I think she had an injured hand. She was overwhelmed but was still her normal uppity self and you’d of thought she was in the store alone until she paged for backup, and a coworker came. Disappointed to see a company treat there staff this way.

This pharmacy has always been under staffed and have long wait times at the pharmacy. The employees are either over worked or have very low morale. I will recommend finding some other pharmacy if you really want efficient and professional service.
