“One Medical at Brightleaf Square has awesome staff. The front desk person (woman at left station) has great customer service skills and signed me in with a welcoming smile. The gentleman in the lab also has great customer service skills. I came in for a vaccine, saw that i had an order for a blood test. He explained the process to set my expectations, and was gentle at collecting blood and administering the vaccine. I asked if he would check my blood pressure and, without hesitation, he said yes and added to chart for the doctor to see. Very positive experience in a place that cares!”

“I was really nervous about finding a new PCP, but after one visit I know I've found my provider. From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I felt welcomed & heard by everyone. I went for a new patient visit/physical, and PA Hemmings was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, listened to my questions and concerns, and provided thorough feedback & detail with absolutely no judgement (truly refreshing!). From walking in & filling out new patient paperwork to walking out, including full physical & bloodwork, I was there for less than an hour. Everyone that I encountered in this practice was kind, welcoming, and responsive. I've so far only been for one visit, but I know I've found my new doctor's office! Highly recommend.”
