“One Medical at Brightleaf Square has awesome staff. The front desk person (woman at left station) has great customer service skills and signed me in with a welcoming smile. The gentleman in the lab also has great customer service skills. I came in for a vaccine, saw that i had an order for a blood test. He explained the process to set my expectations, and was gentle at collecting blood and administering the vaccine. I asked if he would check my blood pressure and, without hesitation, he said yes and added to chart for the doctor to see. Very positive experience in a place that cares!”

She has a great manner about her, very smart and up to date on meds and ways to manage my health care. I appreciate all she has done to help me get in better health.
