I'm moving to a different state and had 8 luggages and 7 boxes to ship. The process went so smoothly with the help of Jonathan G. He made sure to take care of the small details and made sure it was as seamless as possible. Also very cheerful despite the huge load I got. Very grateful for him!

They should’ve told me their “sturdy” medium box costs $17. It’s questionable that I really need it because I only have clothes and inexpensive things in it. The thing is I didn’t have time to react and wasn’t given an option. The old lady first said that my stuff looks over 35lbs that only a large box works. After she found that my stuff wasn’t that heavy, she went on to say that people were very harsh on the boxes. While she was speaking, she just wrapped up the box quickly without telling me the box price at the first place and asking me whether I wanted it. She made me buy a new box that costs way too much unnecessarily.
As a direction, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet 5min walk away from this FedEx is way more legit. I’ve been there and staffs were really good. Unlike this huge FedEx center. As big as it is, it is very unprofessional.

I lived 2 years in Durham and I never felt a worse interaction than at this FedEx. From the start, I brought many boxes as I was moving out, an old lady weighted them and told me they all were too heavy (over 37 pounds if I’m not mistaken). I asked her how dis she knew this, as the box it said 42, and she told me “because I do this everyday”. After this, she stopped talking to me, walked away and started to complain to another worker that I dared to ask her “how did she new the max weight, if she been doing that everyday”. Later on, another person came, told me that actually the max weight printed on the box was the one that matter (42 pounds), and started to help me.
Later came the payment, I was in doubt whether to add a tv or not to ship as I was unsure of the price (as it was my first time shipping). They added the tv at the end, and I realized it was much more than I, so I asked them to take the item out, the person complained and told me he was going to have to do all over again, as the system didn’t add any changes and continued to complain as he proceeded.
I’m sure people can have bad days, but’s it’s no excuse to be that mean. Hope you all have a great day.

The worst customer service they don’t ask what you need just stare and wait for you don’t use common courtesy I.e thank you you’re welcome triniteee was the worse 0 customer service just horrible will not return the best thing was leaving

Shakora was amazing!! I had so many complicated things to print for my wedding on Saturday and she was so helpful. She made it all happen and was not rushed and frustrated at all. I will return for all my printing needs!

Worst customer service ever! The lady was extremely rude to the two people in front of me and to me—completely unprovoked. On top of that, the process to register the package took forever. She asked why I hadn’t taped my box, and I explained that I thought I could have it taped there. She responded, “You should buy tape because I’m not taping it,” even though she had taped boxes for the people before me.
I sent the shipping label to the email she provided, but she kept insisting she hadn’t received it—even though I had sent it over ten minutes earlier. Then she claimed she received the email but with no attachment, even though I could clearly see the attached label on my end. Turns out, she just didn’t know how to open email attachments!
Never coming back to this store.

Very rude person went out of his way to be unhelpful. I had to ship a small package and luggage to the same address. I explained that I wanted to ship the small item to get there quicker. He had zero interest in helping me figure out the best way to do this. I ended up paying nearly the same amount for each package to get there at the exact same time. Fedex, you can do better than this.

A year ago I had such an awful experience at this FedEx with the employee named Trintee that I have never been back. Recently I've needed to use FedEx, so I checked the google reviews and was very disappointed to see that there is a long list of people who have had a rude, mean experience with this exact same employee. In the reviews you will see her repeatedly named. Last year after my experience I spoke to the manager - who I can only assume is related to Trinitee or something because I can not believe that a single employee who treats everyone so awfully continues to be working there. I just can't go back to this place until this bully is gone. Awful.
