Staff there are just VERY rude ?.English isn't our first language, so we sometimes struggle to understand some words. Whenever we go there, they make us feel like idiots, and they answer our questions sarcasticly.Whenever possible, I'd rather go to Durham Pack and Ship or to The UPS Store.

I dropped off a package weeks ago with a prepaid label (handed it over to a person and everything) and apparently the package magically disappeared and they don't know where it is. Now it's looking like I'm losing 60 bucks because of this. I'm pretty pissed. ?

Came here because of a recommendation when I needed to print items for a business project. I worked alongside three different FedEx associates as they helped me perfect my project (from choosing the right weight card stock to letting me use a specialty paper with a perforated edge) and ensured the prints were correct and good quality before I checked out. I will absolutely be back to this location for future projects. Everyone I worked with was wonderful and helpful!

Tinah is the rudest worker I have ever experienced. I am a student in the area so I have been coming here for the last 3 years, multiple times a year. I have been sending in the same documents for printing and I’ve never had an issue. Somehow when she was working on them, the files I sent in were mysteriously “sent in wrong”—she messed up MULTIPLE documents, printing them the wrong size, not cutting them correctly, etc. She then tried to claim that I had told her instructions wrong, until I pulled up the email I sent and showed her I had not messed up. I asked her to fix them and she printed them wrong again. When I corrected her, she said “I can’t handle this,” and sent me to work with her coworker—who reprinted everything without issue. Tinah is rude, messes up my work, wastes my time, and has turned me off of this Fed Ex forever.

Very dirty copiers- cutting machines, tables, plus unhelpful employees during a non busy time. Wasted 20$ trying to get help getting 1 copy of an original- hot pink image, but ended up with 9 reddish wasted copies, even trying myself to adjust saturation-hue… Kept getting worse. The employee said that’s just how it is?! So if you want off color, unhelpful office work/ projects done, well here’s the place to go. Just wanted 1 coil bound book but not gonna waste anymore money on poor quality office supplies!

Sadly my experience here was not good. The ladies at the counter pressured me into a box far too large and “specialty packing” for a book and some spices. I asked for the 7.99 box and the cheapest shipping. Left spending $60 for a small gift which was far less costly than the shipping. They will overcharge you here and over explain themselves rudely.

The girl behind the counter was rude, asked questions about the item we were shipping that were clearly none of her business. She almost charged us over $200 when we reminded her we had a label, she said oh I forgot.She then asked why everyone coming in was from Durham when she was from Cary. Umm… the office is in Durham?? She was really not smart.Definitely a frustrating visit.

When the self-serve printer ruined some of my copies, Brad was able to help reprint the whole thing and they look amazing! Thank you to the team for a wonderful experience!

Move Along Move Along Move Along . Don't waste your time with this location. you can't get any proper printing done at this location. If you submit a print job to be done they will send you an email that it is complete and when you go to pick it up it's not correct and management will argue the details of your order trying to give you the wrong paper and call it good enough. And then management wanted to charge for their mistakes. What a horrible waste of time trying to get a print done If printing is what you need done find a better location with more competent management. In the past the staff has usually been very helpful but after this interaction with management, it's better to just get your printing done somewhere else and not have to deal with multiple attempts and multiple trips.
