I have filed several complaints about their delivery practices, I was promised by the manager that it will NEVER happened again that my packages are left on top of the mulch by the dripping water from my AC unit in the back of my house, when specifically asked on the instructions to place the package byt the front door.
I catched the driver doing this 2 weeks ago, and when I told him please put it bh the front door, he went to his truck, looked at me and said thats a request but is not mandatory and drove away so fast that I couldn't get his tag number. We have children in our community, drivers like him are dangerous to our children. Fedex ground is so careless with their customers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst fricken service ever ! You get no updates on your package, when you call and ask they have no idea where the package is and make up stories regarding the delivery date . Unbelievable!

Why Best #$Buy keeps using FedEx????? They posted a picture of a HOTEL and said they delivered to the mail room!!! For real. This is a auburban/rural area. Now I have to wait for BB refunds I am punished and FedEx couldn't care less.

Can't get a hold of anybody at this location. My package was labeled with the wrong address. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with some indian that barely spoke English. He said he changed the delivery address to my address but fedex in Durham is still trying to deliver my package in Raleigh and I live in Warrensville halfway across the state. This company has no real contact number.

Door tags don't advise where a package is being held so you have to call over and over to be given the address. When you finally discover where it is, this is what awaits you.

If I cud give zero stars I would! Fed ex has some of the WORST drivers. This driver constantly throws and I mean THROWS my packages EVERY time and it’s always the same driver. Her name is Shelby. I want to send the videos of her actually throwing g the packages and talking on the phone.

Any company that still uses FedEx to ship to their customers is gambling. Every single package I order ends up with an exception and some lame incorrect excuse then it’s lost and I have to pick it up weeks after the original delivery. It’s not rocket science it’s just insane that they could care less to google or figure out where the package go. A blind man could deliver my packages better than the FedEx team. Now my package is missing when the person lied and said the business was close when it’s a townhome and a signature is not required. Every other carrier deliver with no problem. Not FedEx. I’m beyond frustrated with this company and anyone that use them because 10 out of 10 your package will be delayed, mis-delivered, or just lost.

When they leave a tag they tell you to come to this location but the door is locked. When you call the number, they either place you on hold or don’t pick up. After the 3rd time calling, a lady said call back in 10 minutes and hung up. Disgraceful.

This driver was driving terribly cut me off and I have two small children in my car. Please make your employees ensure safety of the people driving around them as well this driver could have hit me.

Oh if I could leave a -50 review, I would. FedEx as a whole is already known for having abhorrent service, but this location truly takes the cake! My package was marked “Out for Delivery” at 3:12 a.m. and was already several days late. The party I ordered from stated it would be here by 8 p.m., okay cool! Nope! They closed at 11 A.M. I messaged the absolutely inept virtual assistant at 9:19 p.m. asking why my boy Daniel had been making deliveries for 18 hours (clearly before I checked their operating hours, silly me!) Ready to cuss FedEx for blatantly overworking an employee but it turns out DANIELLL actually didn’t really work at all. The kicker is really the lack of live representatives or coherent communication from their robotic counterparts. AI can be so smart and respectful and they have THIS???? I’m IRATE and my package is growing in its delay more and more.

Lost my new phone, refuse to provide updates for over a week after it 'departs the facility' at 11:25 pm and is never delivered.
I have to conclude one of their employees stole it, as they finally admitted they couldn't find it.
They have no direct contact number listed, probably because the incompetents running the place know they'd be buried under complaints.

Completely incompetent. They deliver packages to the wrong apartment and allow anyone to sign for it. And then they maintain no proof of delivery.

They lose every single package. Every time I inadvertently have something shipped, FedEx, My package rides around on trucks for weeks. I have to call upwards of five times and finally once it does get here it’s broken, They leave it in the driveway, Virtually nobody can help you. I go out of my way to avoid using FedEx because they are impossible in this area to deal with. I have never been more irritated and downright upset at any other company in my life. The incompetence is out of this world. I’ve never seen anything like it. they are less than useless. It’s more of a menace to society.
