Rented something from this location and was absolutely ripped off. I ended up having it for about 24 hours and paid about 1/4 of what it would cost brand new. I was given zero instructions for the product. They also added a ridiculously expensive “damage protection” fee to the bill which I never authorized. Avoid renting anything here.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Attempted to get a tool warranty processed and the customer service person barely looked away from her cell phone while she told me that I had to contact manufacturer. She could not tell me who that was or how to contact them. Turns out it is Home Depot's policy to process this in store. Guess I'll make all future tool purchases at Lowes or Harbor Freight, not stepping back in this store.

I’ve never in my life experienced profiling until today. While at this Home Depot shopping for some company supplies, I approached the self check out line ready to scan my products only to be shouted at by one of the clerks telling me not to scan as she continue her phone conversation she told me to hold on until she was finish. She told me I cannot scan anything because the company has stepped away from allowing customers to scan products at self check out. Next to me is a lady scanning her products out as this lady tells me this bold face lie so I ask her is that for all self checkout or just this register she claims it’s all registers. I continue to let her check me out, confused as to what was going on, and as I was walking out the store, I looked back to see another customer ringing himself out. That’s when it hit me that I was profiled. Not sure when Home Depot decided to profile customers, but I do know this Home Depot will definitely profile you. I’m in full work uniform using a work P card to pay for items. I go back in the store after going to my car and ask the lady why are other people scanning when you said no one can scan. She stood there on the phone again looking at me like I was stupid with nothing to say. I will definitely be adding this story to my companies message board about how this Home Depot profiles and suggest that we do not shop here going forward.

Dalton was great!! He was the cashier who helped me during my visit. He was super friendly, helpful, and kind. He answered questions I had about the credit card and helped me find items around the store. I tried to leave a survey review for him but I couldn't get it to work. Hopefully this message reaches him. Thank you for all of your help, Dalton! You were great! I will definitely return to this Home Depot because of his customer service! Merry Christmas!

Confusing Shopping Experience for Discount PlantsI usually enjoy shopping at Home Depot, but a recent experience made me think twice about purchasing plants and trees there again.I spent nearly an hour carefully picking out several trees that were on a 50% off sale rack. However, when I went to check out, the cashier informed me those trees were not eligible for the discount since they were not in the correct location.I spoke with a supervisor named Terry, who apologized but said they couldn't honor the sale price since it was an honest mistake on their end. I was quite disappointed to learn I wouldn't be saving as much as I thought.Terry mentioned the trees must have been placed in the wrong area, which caused my confusion. But couldn't find a better way to put them on the floor. He encouraged me to write a review to inform other customers, so they don't end up in the same predicament.While I appreciate the apology, this experience made me realize Home Depot may not be the best place to buy plants. Since they work with outside vendors, it's unclear who stands behind these products when issues arise.My advice is to carefully check details and pricing before purchasing. And maybe look at nurseries or garden stores for better quality and service. I hope Home Depot improves the organization of plant sales, so other customers don't walk away disappointed like I did.

This Home Depot has a much better selection than the N. Pointe Dr one. My husband has a nice Milwaukee collection fo our Custom Built-In Cabinet business and seeing how many more tools that are available here was awesome. It made our "quick trip" a lot longer, but when is going to Home Depot with him ever a quick trip? Or cheap?!!!! Lol.There was also this lovely man who worked there who loved our dog that we brought in with us. He said "dogs are better customers than the actual customers, aren't they?!" Which I definitely agreed to! We had a nice chat and he gave our dog some treats....with permission of course.Our dog loves coming here! He like to see everyone and smell all the dogs that have been there before him. And quite possibly because the floor is nice and cold, or he was just bored waiting for his dad to finish looking at tools too!

I was trying to place an order for specific tiles that my company requested me to do. Walked in and was directed to the flooring section, but I believe they were short staffed so asked around for help. Eventually was redirected to the Customer Service/Return Desk to place an order.Dalton was there and he helped me get the order created, set up an account, and explained every step of the process in a friendly, kind, and patient manner. I was so grateful to him and after everything was complete he even wished me a Merry Christmas. Great customer service and I left with a very positive first experience with Home Depot!Thank you Dalton!

I'm sure the store is fine, but I had an unsavory encounter when trying to add my military discount in the self-checkout. It wasn't adding for some reason, so I asked for help. As the worker walked over to help me and I told him what I needed, he responded, "Well it's not under your name, is it?" It's frustrating and insulting to serve your country and have someone assume you are not the service member because of what I can only assume is related to my gender or appearance.

Almost every day when I come to your store the loading area is blocked and everyday the whole pro side of the lot is blocked with your rentals and lumber carts. Park your rental trucks and carts somewhere other than pro parking. I hear contractors complain daily about this. Everything else at the store it great. And as a pro customer I would love to be able to update this review.

The lady who helped me with the blinds and was horrible. She has no approachability. She did the bare minimum. Didn’t let me talk/ ask questions. If I see her at the store I will go ask another person working there to help.

My husband and I needed to order 2 sets of Wood 2-panel sliding doors for our townhome. The order was a complicated one, with many options to choose from. Kevin sat with us for a significant amount of time, determining our need and suggesting the various options. He was patient, knowledgeable about the products, and helpful as we determined what best met our needs. And he followed up with us in the week following, to be sure we had no further questions before placing our order. Thank you, Kevin.

This place gets worse every year. Don’t bother asking an employee, they just break out the same App that you can get in the App Store. You can’t trust if something is in stock, or where it’s suppose to be. To make matters worse, they’re limiting the military discount to raise their profit margins.It’s disgusting hat this is becoming the new status quo.
