“Hello Mike (the Manager)
I have been trying to reach you for several days.
I left a message requesting a call from you concerning one missing item from my dry cleaning.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have never had this problem prior to now.
Is there a number of the Corporate Office or someone else that I need to discuss this issue with asap?
Thank you,
Johnette Cozart”
“Always excellent and quick service. My parents always taught me that you get what you pay for. I never complain. The results are always excellent. They don’t compromise the quality of the work!’”
“The staff and service at Regency Cleaners are great! Very friendly and professional. I like to use the drive-thru service and enjoy talking to the staff, especially Darius!”
“The staff are always helpful here and very clean laundry mat , air conditioner works well and the owner talks to folks about their experience when he's around. I come here weekly and highly recommend this business”
“Typical laundromat- great service! It was my first time so the attendant walked me thru the process of loading my wash card. The dryer was weird and only has like a 2 minute timer. But I did a load and dried it for about $8. This place is clean and has lots of equipment, and while you wait, you can watch free cable TV. I watched the food network, and didn't feel the wait at all.”
“These guys are awesome. I left my last cleaners (Whitestar/Regency on hillsborough) in Durham because the employee was consistently rude Rude rude. I complained to management more than once, but nothing was ever done about it so I left and came to prestige green cleaners. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and the whole thing is such a pleasant experience compared to some businesses. So congrats to prestige screen for prioritizing finding great employees and for making a great customer experience. And by the way, their services are great as well.”
“Clean, well-maintained, and brightly lit space. Many washers of various sizes available. Buying credits is easy and they have a selection of items for sale in case you forgot something you need for your load. Staff are courteous, hard working, and helpful.”
“Great fast job doing some hems and sleeves for me! I brought in 7 shirts and they were nicely altered in 3 days! Very nice helpful staff. It's not cheap but it is done well and the prices were comparable to other tailors I've used. Great easy location. Will happily use again.”
“Today was nice. Last visit, I had to wait several minutes as the crew in the back were working and apparently Mr. Lee was in the office in the front and not attentive to the front.”
“Ryan was amazingly helpful, so nice and professional. Glad to have this service. My only slight disappointment was the clothes were not folded. They were in their bags but all wrinkled when I got home. I had to fold them .”
“These people are very kind and hardworking. I dropped off 2 comforters and they did a great job (we have dogs and kids and they came out clean and smelling neutral which was no easy task)!”

“The machines work great, the staff is the sweetest and they always welcome myself and my daughter when we come. They also have a phenomenal dropoff service where you can pay them a reasonable fee to take care of your laundry and come back later. Love this place!”
“The older guy at your Holloway Street location who works in the morning with the grey beard named Bobby is excellent! I told him that it was my first time there and he immediately introduced himself to my mother and I. I watched this man walk around that laundromat like he owned the place. He greeted everyone who walked in there with a smile, and he helped anyone who needed help. And I also noticed many customers coming in that seemed to be very comfortable with him as well. He was so informative with the info pertaining to which washers & dryers to use, and He even helped my elderly mother out of the car when we first arrived. He didn't have to do that, and he even refused a tip! Bobby is awesome! Because of him, you guys have a new customer! My mother said, that's a good man right there! lol”
“The delivery driver Justin is awesome. He is very nice to work with. Very detail oriented and willing to work with us to get our par levels correct for the items we need. Grant is also wonderul and very responsive when we need stuff. Thank you from Second Empire :)”
“I come here to wash large items or when my own washing machine and dryer are broken the place is always just spotless and the three employees that work there are helpful kind and funny”
“I highly recommend this place!! They are very good at what they do. My clothes and purse came back looking better than ever, I could not ask for more!! Thank you so much :)”
“I loved this wash house they have the best employes and have the best service, im gonna keep coming back down here for sure, patricia jimenez best employe and she gives a good service and really nice”
“The place consists of old washers and dryers that appear to be about to come apart and most are out of order. BUT my shoes are white again!! My clothes haven't been so clean at any other laundromat in town. Stains are gone and mildew dissolved. I sure hope this place gets ranked in Durhams Best!!”

“RUGS are insanely expensive to wash (I have a washable dining room rug). I brought it to White Star for a quote -- almost $250! Then the (very nice) woman pointed out that I could use one of the large washers to clean it. $10 later, I have a spotless rug. White Star even spotted me the detergent. You pay by phone: 30 minute wash cycle. I'm drying the rug in my backyard though they also have large dryers. 10/10 recommend!”
