Always a good experience with the exception of self checkout. I'm not a fan of scanning and bagging my own purchases. The person being paid to watch customers scan and bag their own purchases can perform the task.

I live in the neighbourhood across from this location. Lowes has a guy with a leaf blower out in their parking lot at 1:30am on a Tuesday morning. Guess that lot really needed to be clean??
They also take no action against some kind of underground car meet that keeps happening after hours. Couple dozen loud cars honking their horns and revving engines, sometimes for hours, always at night when kids are trying to sleep. Thanks a lot guys, very cool.

Terrible service- no one ever came for my curbside and I had to go into store with 2 young children who I had to wake up just to get one item.

Placed an order with one item (potting soil). Was told it would take 3 hours. 4 hours later, still no order. How long does it take to pick out potting soil???? Smh

This is only for the paint department todays date is Jan 30 at 11am i asked to get exterior paint and the Lady behind the counter was rude to me again for no reason this has been 2 times and there is no reason for nasty remarks if she doesn't like her job and acts that way to me and i still was polite to her and still get rude remarks telling me to get the gallon of paint of the shelf like its my fault for asking what is the best exterior paint. I usually would pass this of as a bad day but every time she is working she is rude . she dosent belong in customer service . Ive been going to this store for 10 years and im a GC so im always there and never had a problem with anyone at this store . I hope someone talks to her or observes the way she treats other's i can tell she hates her job its sad to see she still is getting away with being mean to myself and others for no reason at all.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. Slowest employees, systems dont work, no body cares to help or even knows how to. Go to the one in Chapel Hill. They are better. I sat in customer service for 45 min before being helped. Meanwhile theres 3 employees behind the desk with only 1 working and a line of people behind me. Awful service
