Awful service, the retailer treated me and my family with prejudice. The racism was palpable. I have been a Macy's loyal customer for more than 10 years but if this is the way to treat a paying customer, I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Macy's is so disorganized in the back stage ...clothes on the floor..other items in wrong places..still was a good amount of traffic..I found a deal on salad forks..needed new ones.
