Macy's is an iconic department store offering a first class selection of top fashion brands, housewares, gifts, and furniture. Great deals can be found, including in Macy's Backstage section. Customer service experiences vary; some employees provide excellent, impressive service, patiently handling complicated transactions. Other employees can be less than eager to assist. The store sometimes appears disorganized, with items misplaced. However, it maintains a good amount of traffic, and customers can discover unexpected items, encouraging them to give Macy's a try.
Thank you for having a Macy’s at Southpoint mall. I am from New Jersey and I grew up shopping at Macy’s. I cherish those good memories at Macy’s. Everyone needs to stop by a Macy’s store and they will be satisfied with their purchase and even a snack like I always enjoy at Macy’s.
