Store had a great selection but the cashier was horrible. She was on the phone with an apparent friend and didn't even attempt to help or comment or acknowledge in any way when the card reader wasn't working.

They must be in the middle of a reset. The store looked very unorganized, and the stock was very low in a couple of spots I looked in. They did, however, have a huge selection of Christmas clearance items. I'd be happy to update this at a later date.

This is the worst place that I have ever worked for. An employee named Jackie pretended to be nice to multiple employees, then randomly went to the police saying we were stalking her. She had no reason to do this. In the process, we all ended up losing our jobs, and instead of her getting fired, 3 other employees were let go due to "complaints". I have never had a company go up against me like they did. I was a month pregnant and they fired me. My co worker was also 3 months pregnant and they fired her. The new manager Andrew is a child and just fires everyone instead of training them. This is the worst company that Ivw ever worked for. And the employees that are on their phones, they still work there. All their cashier's are terrible and never get let go. It's insane what Andrew did to loyal employees who were working there long before him. He should really be ashamed of himself and unfit to call himself a man. Oh, I got fired on Thanksgiving too.

Good deals available on some items, and still a good place for possible gift ideas. Was a bit understocked during our visit, and checking out was a bit of a wait.

Trying to call and see if they carry craft bamboo sticks before I drive 30 min there and some employees need to learn phone etiquette. Rude. Geesh.

Cashier was literally on her phone talking to someone while she was checking me out. She also didn’t offer me a bag, which were right next to her, and I had several items. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, and the staff member at the framing counter was very kind, but this threw me off so much I had to leave this comment.

Mind you, my visit was before Thanksgiving and it was crowded, but there were many large rolling bins of unshelved merchandise blocking aisles. As someone in a wheelchair, this made it very inaccessible. Plus, the way they had set up the line for checking out blocked people's paths.

It's okay they did not have the sealer I was looking for it so that was a disappointment. Do people not work anymore?

I can get in and get out with what I need. I like that it's a seasonal/ everyday store. They now offer a Michaels credit card.

Never have I been insulted by a store manager before. I was at the New Hope location and the cashier needed assistance by the manager on duty. She sauntered over to help but could not solve the issue. When I asked her name, she wanted to know why I wanted it. I told her I was going to call C/S to see if they can assist with the issue. Instead she insinuated I was going to call and complain about her. Clearly she knew she was being extremely rude. We'll after this encounter, I am going to complain about her. She should not be a manager. If you need help by a manager named Krista, good luck!

I've been in this store twice in the last month. It is a disorganized mess. Large boxes and carts prevented me from looking at the shelves of fabric. Today I asked a staff person if she could cut some fabric for me and she walked by and rudely said"No" then radioed for someone to come back to help me. No one came. I waited for quite awhile. I left and will never return. Horrible service

My husband and I went to Michael's this afternoon to get a large painting framed. After waiting for five minutes and associate came to speak to us. She told us that the framer was working at the cash register and he would not be able to leave the cash register for at least 15 minutes. We decided after waiting 10 minutes to leave and take the paining to another business. As we were leaving, we noticed there were two employees who were standing and talking to each other. The framer was the only person on a cash register and there were hardly any customers in the store. I'm not sure why the other employees couldn't have relieved the framer so we could be waited on.I have given Michael's much business over the years but do not plan to any more.
